Controlled “Scheduled” Substances
It is important that everyone importing drugs understands that the FDA import policy does not allow for the importation of scheduled drugs. Although many drug companies will not sell a scheduled drug to US buyers, there are those who will. It is necessary for you to know what is scheduled and what is not. Most of the common smart drugs are not scheduled, as well as numerous other prescription drugs.
We have heard of a few unfortunate souls who did order scheduled drugs and were paid a visit by the Drug Enforcement Agency and the full weight of the law.
Below is a brief description of the schedules from the DEA webpage. A more detailed listing can be found in the front of the Physician's Desk Reference.

Anything more than a 90-day supply could be construed as intent to sell, but I have no idea exactly how much they would consider a 90-day supply.
A controlled delivery of something so benign is highly unlikely.

.
that is the exact reason its bad.....because its not FDA approved for any real medical treatment."Ideas are more powerful than guns. We would not let our enemies have guns, why should we let them have ideas."
