I know I've been off boards for years but now being back on a few it blows my mind how ppl are over complicating things trying to reinvent the wheel. Take this with that, pin this at that time, don't take that with that, you definitely need this with that, eat this, train like that, etc, etc, etc. And the worst part is being a vet to the game and trying to drop some common sense and ppl not really wanting to listen because all the bullsh*t fluff sounds better to them I guess. I'm not saying I know it all, far from it, but I've built me a pretty decent physique with the crap genetics I have over the past 20+ years and if I was coming up in the game I think I would listen.
Bread and butter compounds have built great physiques for years and years so stick to them.
Build a foundation in the gym before even thinking about starting gear.
Learn nutrition and proper dieting to reach your goals, AAS is not the short cut, diet is still everything.
Train smart. Don't ego lift and get injured.
Don't believe all the bullsh*t you read.
Listen to ppl that have been there, done that, and have a physique to prove it.
Don't over complicate the things that don't need to be. Eat right, train, rest, cycle properly, HAVE PATIENCE.
