I understand where you are coming from with this, but I disagree.

You don’t want anything like using illegal drugs on your permanent medical record.

It’s a different story when someone overdoses on Valium and lying to a doctor about it could cause a diagnosis delay resulting in death.

In this particular instance I would have blamed pro-hormones. See that; pro-hormones are good for something.
