ok since i missed wednesday cuz of the needle prob i had tomorrow i will b shooting, i have to make up for the missed one which one should i do

300 test, 300 eq tomorrow and the same on wednesday then back to my normal 200/200 shots or

200 test, 200 eq in the right glute and the same in the left and then go back to normal

Which test ester are you using?

My guess would be 300/300 then normal the next day.

It would be much easier to answer your question if you would either speak in terms of CC's or tells us what mg/ml your gear is.

You can shoot 3cc's in the glute with no problems.

ok its either this

ok its either 3ccs (half bold 200 test/half eq) for the next two shots then normal again

or 2ccs in each glute 1cc of test 1 of eq all in one day then back to normal
