  • I Will Never Go Through Cutting Again Without Juice!

    I'm averaging like 60 grams of carbs everyday. High protein, moderate fat. I know, not a tru Adkins diet.
    I'm finished Enanthate, almost done fina and gettin rolling with Anavar. On HCA. Then I'll be switching to different drugz.

    I've done the low carb thing a couple times before, u know how the workout sucks, u feel flat, feel tiny, no intensity, strength sucks, no pumps..............nuff said.

    But being on juice, I'm maintaining my poundages, still get pumps, workouts are intense, i'm hard, feel full and the fat is nicely comin off!

    Usually this dieting thing is so depressing on me mentally. But being on the "J" i don't feel depressed. I'm gaining lean mass, I might look smaller with a shirt on, but when I take my shirt off, I look bigger.

    Thank God for the Juice

    Hmmm... for some reason I thought things happened the other way around and this was your first time trying to cut without gear.

    I've learnt the same thing myself. If your gonna cut without gear, you must do it very slowly.

          60g of carbs, is thta postworkout? Im doing between 100 and 150g and im as tired as hell.

            60 grams, that throughout the day. But I say average.
            On my workout days I'll probably get like 75-100 grams and my non work out days I keep it under 40 grams.

            I'm not doin that much cardio, 2-3 times a week runnin/spritin

              yea i no ur pain i tried to do it naturally once without eq and winny and i jsut stopped it takes real balls to do it and i give them natural boys props! but i dotn care botut hat now so i use as jmuch juice as humanly possibl hahah j/k (i do use alot though)
