bicep injection pain

how much pain do you have w/bicep inj? when i do them i usually have a sore bi for at least 3 days and cant fully extend my arm. what do you guys suggest. im doing 100mg prop ed and will be adding some winny and fina in a few weeks. should i inj slower or massage longer? i really dont know.

Mine are the same way. Unless I hit my bi's in an absolutely perfect spot, they hurt pretty good for a couple of days. I'm also shooting prop, but mixed 50/50 with some fina.

it's probaly not your technique but it is the brand, type, or the concentration of the steriod. i just put 1.25cc's eql EQ in my right bicep today and cant even feel i injected there, gotta love it... last sunday i put 1cc of eql profina in my left bi, i could'nt move my arm all week, it was bullshit, worst pain i have ever felt.
if it is a problem buy some sterile oil to dilute the solution(it is the BA that is causing pain) you will be injecting more but it will hurt no more. that is what i did...

the first thing I ever site injected into my bicep was d-bol. swore I'd never do it again (but, of course, I did) I like to do winstrol and prop in my bi's now. makes 'em sore, but doesn't hurt strength, and they look better. It gets easier as you go along.

The problem is the Sust bro. Thats gonna hurt like hell every time. So if you wanna do those injections with Prop just be ready for some pain.


BTW muscle_n_blood, My bro's first site injection was ref-b and t-400 mix in calf. He had a lump for months and he couldn't walk for a week.
