A factory head I see, used to be one myself...I used it a few yrs back and it was the worst thing ever, some say that the quailty has gotten better

i used loefler sus it wokred wasnt as painfull a sit hink peeps have said but id onl do ti again fi it was only thing available at the time otheriws eit'll work no doubt about it
