I just wanted to see what everyone thinks of my cycle and if there are any suggestions. Its a cutter. My stats are:
5-9
170lbs
~11% bf
I had an injury that left me unable to workout for a couple of months and I lost alot of weight and gained some fat.
I've been back in the gym for about 2 months now and I'm about 2 1/2 weeks into my 3rd cycle. It consists of
weeks 1-12
fina @ 115mg eod
prop @ 150mg eod
weeks 7-12
winny @ 25-37.5mg ed
Haven't decided on 25 or 37.5mg of winny ed in the last 5 weeks. What do you guys think? My goal is to gain about 15lbs of muscle and drop 1-2% bf. My diet is good. I'm shooting for about 350g protein. Let me know what you guys think?
