I am a true believer in being active no matter what that definition is for you. I have been an athlete my entire life and as I got older I got into power lifting which eventually turned into my love for body building. I do not compete on a stage but battle myself everyday. My competition is my internal battle to build the best "Me" and not someone in a magazine. I have been on the boards for well over a decade and pride myself in staying out of board drama and squabbles. I am here on FG to help so if you have a question ask away.
