Braw16 here I'm 39 6' 215 12% bf right now I did my first physique show and plan on doing more. I have fought through a lot of injuries to get to where I am right now so to everyone here don't listen to your docs you know your body. Looks like a great place and thanks for having me. I hoping to always learn and hopefully help out where I can.

I took 5th in my first show I had a bit of a mess up the last week which I came in flat. I was 185 on stage and I qualified for nationals to be able to compete I need to be 200-205 on stage. Goals for next yr are to compete in a show weighing at least 195 also stay healthy. Thank you everyone for the welcomesComment
