Id bet most of you here have seen me around. Quick intro, i promise. NASM certified trainer, former gnc manager, currently certfied fitness equipment repair technician with planet fitness. 36yrs old, married with a 2 yr old son(who was conceived while on gear for 3 yrs straight, so much for lowering sperm count?). Started bbing at 19yrs old at 136lbs and 5'10". Competed at 2005 inbf NYS championships and got 3rd place in men's novice middleweight(176lbs before peeing out a shitload of water). Currently a lean and vascular 210lbs. I hope to contribute as much as possible here. Thanks again to fuzo for the invite, another great board chief!!!
