well my fitnessgeared friends, its been quite some time since i was last on here but wow am i glad to be back. was a crazy couple years for me with the adoption of my daughter a few years ago and opening my skateboard shop 2.5 yrs ago but im finally able to make room in my schedule again to start getting serious with the workouts so here i am. just joined the local lafitness and i officially start my workouts tomorrow.
i also just recently started a new career as a skating official for a couple of the local womens roller derby teams and im lovin every minute of it. as a 45yr old guy its helping get me back into shape (lost 15lbs) since i started officiating for the 2 local teams. non paying job but who cares im hangin with 120 chicks wearing fishnets, spandex and a smile lol
