I was on this site years ago - but wasn't ready - after a back injury and reaching 50 - got back to the gym. I've been back for a couple of years now - but more frustrated then ever of not obtaining goals - i'm 5'8, STILL at 160lbs.. its frustrating - yeah - i look I'm in my early 40's but pissed that my entire body isn't bigger-harder-stronger. I know I'll get there, just all thiis OTC stuff is worthless. I think i'm ready to reach a newlevel!!!

it's nice to see you back man. My suggestion is to pull a comfy chair up to your computer. And start reading every thread that there is in all the section except for maybe the general discussion. Then and only then. If there isn't anything that you understand. Ask questions. I was on this forum for nearly a year before i asked many questions because it took for ever for me to sift threw and read and read and get my knowledge to where it needed to be.

Yeah, getting older sucks!
Well, the typical recommendation for a first cycle is a test only cycle. Which I think is a good idea simply because with only one compound in your body, you know whats causing what.Comment
