    hello from the east coast

    just joined today.stumbled on it by accident,altho looks like a good one,lol!i'm also a senior member of OLM,PROMUSCLE,GHOSTGYM,and several others.i hope to learn all i can not just about aas but the entire lifestyle.i download TONS of books from the web if anyone needs anything.good to be here.
