Most gyms offer a weight loss program with bodyfat analysis and advice. I know for a fact that Gold's Gym is one of them. Just a suggestion.

In the meantime and in between time, WELCOME TO FITNESS GEARED and good luck with reaching your goal. After years of powerlifting and poor diet practice, I know I've had a good fight with fat for years as well.
