I just wanted to say hi to everyone here. I've looked up info here on occasion with good results. I thought i should say hi to you all, so that I'm not just some creeper.
I've got a bit of experience lifting but the diet has always been an issue for me. I've got a goal to compete for the first time next June so I'll be looking for information on dieting and how to loose the fat slow and maintain the muscle. I'll thank you lin advance for the info because while I'm dieting I'll be an insensitive SOB. lol.
