        For those that haven't seen me on the boards, I'm a 50 year old very good lookin' sexy man. I've been on alot of boards over the tears and just kinda got burned out on them. The last round of fed attention slowed down my posting on but a very few boards. Right now I am only on 3 boards ,including this actively. I'm focusing more on powerlifting now as it is more aimed towards my lifestyle. J.R.
