Hello everyone. I'm going by the name "Ultimate1", but some may know me as "Slinger" on other boards in the past. I haven't been on any boards recently since some of them have shut down for various reasons. But it is good to be here. The board looks great. I hope to be here alot. I look forward to getting to know some new people here. I've been lifting for about 10 years or so, probably about 7 very serious. I'm 30 years old, getting ready to be 31 this month. I've slacked recently due to my father passing, but I'm trying to get back in the mode. Anyway good to be here, hope everyone is doing great and getting swole. Ultimate

Yo Sling. Hey, Slinger is a real asset to any board. Have known him off and on on some excellent places for years. He is Top Knotch in every way. One solid dude. A class act for sure.

I've known Slingy/Ultimate for dang near 4-5yrs and he has been the brunt of many of my evil doings...
Stoked to see you here now.. Took ya long enough. I have been trying to get Ultimate here for about 3-4months now. I'm glad you are working through that pain and you know I am here if you need ANYTHING!
