    Well here I am...

    Howdy all.

    I've been in this game for almost longer than I care to admit, lol. I've worked in the industry managing clubs, personal training, etc.

    At my best I was 274 at 5'9 with a 32 inch waist. Not God-like, but not awful. My max bench was 455 for 3 no spot for those that care about that stuff.

    I'm currently natural but thats a new thing, lol, so if I can help anyone with anything just holla.

    I look forward to hanging out with and sharing some laughs and some knowledge with every one.
