    Hi everyone..

    Hi everyone im a 20 year old bodybuilder..actually im not really new here in fact iv been reading the threads of this forum for about 2 years now (i just never posted anything cos i was afraid i might sound strange/stupid) and i have to say its contributed to my past two state victories (btw im from malaysia) i got 3rd in my first show in the lightweight category (this was a diffrent smaller state) and 1st for my second show in the junior category and 3rd overall (this was in Kuala Lumpur the capital of Kuala Lumpur) im hoping to make it to the nationals this year wish me luck...

    oh btw here's my pic...but iv got shorter hair these days..i realized in the first two competition that the longer hair made my body look smaller and it can be quite a chore on stage..
