Hi everyone! Thanks for the warm welcome...I miss being hot lol I am not very knowledgable on the whole fitness subject so I am hoping to learn enough to at least get myself on a good regimine. I have gained about 35 lbs during my pregnancy so far and I have a little less than 7 weeks to go. Any advice on how to go about even starting a program up would be awesome as I am really unsure at this point when and how to start up again. I was in pretty good shape pre-pregnancy, ran on the treadmill and had my diet in check. I can't wait to get back into shape. I will post some pre-preggo & current preggo pics in the members pics section as soon as whurston shows me how. Thanks in advance!
