  • Hi everyone

    i'm pretty new to the weight training scene and i have been gain weight but loosing it straight away i have notice a change in my fisique i have toned up alot but i seem to be gaining then loosing is there advise for me. i'm eating about 5-6 meals a day training 3 times a week drinking protein shakes when i haven't the time for a meal but still loosing the weight i gain. it would be great if someone could help thanks alot.

    AS FOR YOUR WEIGHT GAIN OR LOSS...WHAT IS YOUR TRAINING LIKE? YOUR DIET? ARE YOU GETTING ENOUGH PROTEIN PER POUND OF BODY WEIGHT? YOU MAY HAVE TO EAT MORE BECAUSE OF A HIGH METABOLISM.

                    well i'm eating loads about 5 to 6 meals a day eating as much protein as i can not sure how much per meal but i'm eating alot i bought i tub of whey protein and have been taking that aswell but all i seem to be doing is tonning up not bulking.
                    i train Mon-Chest, Tri's Wed-Back, Bi's Fri-Shoulders i dont work legs as my job involves alot of lifting and walking.

                      i think you should try and eat more good food, keep a count of all the food you eat and keep a log of your training, give it time, it will not happen over night and believe me with all your hard work it will be worth it. keep up the good work, any chance of some pics? what are you stats???
