Hey all. new member here.
Stats:
41yo
6'2"
240-ish
~20% BF (no calipers, can't be sure right now)
Diet:
Right now, not so great - I'm a habitual eater. When I'm eating well, I have no probs, when Im eating like crap, it's tough to change.
Training:
Lift heavy, compound exercises
No cardio (let the beatings begin!)
Goals:
I'd like to lean up, but, I'm having problems disciplining myself. I'm afraid of losing the size and strength that I gained over the past year - it's been significant. I'm leaning towards running a cutting cycle (test, tren, dbol, clen, t3).
Cycle history:
1st: Not the suggested test-only, at all. Test, EQ, Dbol, Tren, Clen, T3
Results were phenomenol, but, I suspect could've been achieved with just test, or close to it.
2nd: Test/Deca/Dbol
Cycle was interrupted by injury - it sucked, don't have much to show for it.
- No probs with gyno
- Saw BP elevation (Tren, Dbol?) - up to 140/95, returned to 112/75, and stayed there post-cycle.
- no other medical issues
Basically, I need a bit of focus in the gym, in the kitchen, and some degree of advice, direction and support.
