hey to all my friends from fitnessgeared and the old fitnessboard. Ive been away from the game for a little while ... a much needed rest. If yall remember way back i was having problems with my blood pressure as it was extremly high and i was trying to lose muscle. Well now im fully regenerated my blood pressure perfectly normal and evrything in check hormones,,etc. Im down to 225 from 250 and feel great. Im gonna be shredding up so ill be around for a while to try to help you all with my past experiences and opinions. So for everyone i know on here keep training like hell.
