Greetings! NewCreation here

Hello everybody. Well, I finally did it. After 37 years of eating and treating my body like an 8-year-old, I decide to do something about it. I joined a gym in September, started reading nutrition labels, using supplements. And I am determined to learn as much as I possibly can. Like I tell people, "If you want to learn how to do a job, talk to the people that do it every day." I am not looking to be the next Buff Bagwell, but I do want to lose the fat, and add some bulk. So expect about a thousand question over the next year or so.
