    hello everyone

    Hello, just thought I would throw something up here since I haven't been on for a while. I'm somewhat new, I was on earlier this year but was under a diff username. the_prez is now my new name. I live in MN and workout at Golds gym in White Bear. I've done 1 bb show and a handfull of powerlifting meets. I haven't been competitive since 2002 but hopefully will get back in the groove one of these years.
