Hey, what's going on? I'm new here and have been reading on and off for 9 months, and I figured I'd say hello. My stats, I guess, for people that want them! I'm 19, 6'2", 195lbs, 15% ish bodyfat (I've only been training for 6 months, but hey, I used to be 160!). Anyway, I hope to become more educated and become a regular poster over time.
