I am hoping for a nice boost over the next month as i am in weight gaining mode right now
As far as the diet and training programs are concerned
I eat when i am hungry, and that happens to be frequently, and if it not i force it to be.
usually getting 300-400 grams of protein. carbs are all over the place ranging from high to very very high.
fats are usually kept pretty low. try to get a lot of fish oil, but when I am not dieting I am not nearly as regimented with supps like fish oil and multi's
Just got finished with German volume the last 60 days and I will be resuming a more typical "bodybuilding" program
I use numerous supplements like glutamine, bcaa, luecine, waxy maize, citulline, beta alanine, creatine for pre intra and post workout nutrition.
I have been using a casien shake at night time and the rest comes from whole foods
besides the bolodrone i will be doing @ 850 /week of vitamin T exclusively from GBNstore.net Been with them for some time and haven't found anyone better then hugetom and the gang over at GBN
I also research with peptides cjc w/dac and ghrp2 which I really have enjoyed. usually 2x per day right now just b/c of all the shit in the system after training, feels like a waste to use it then
I am starting at 225# for month trial of the Bolo. I have no idea what % of bf i am, and since I am offseason i dont care either. (Actually I never care b/c judges dont ask, and I always think i can get tighter no matter where I am at.)
I am trying to gain muscle faster then i have in the past years so if i get a little soft, so be it.
I will get a picture up soon, got it in the phone from yesterday, just gotta download, maybe a little microsoft paint

so far been a couple days, nothing good or bad. no sides to report and obviously I did not gain any muscle in 48 hours
