I'm very interested in this product , but I can't find a thread anywhere that says what it actually does for the user other than allow them to sleep better.
I've read a number of logs from users, but the information is so scant I would have demanded the users pay me back if I owned the company.

1. Prolactrone increases HGH levels significantly. Comparable to a decent dose of injected growth hormone for some people.
Prolactrone is comprised of 99% Ldopa and EGCG. EGCG is a decarboxylase inhibitor and alsoa comt inhibitor. It works the same as L-carbodopa in this study.
So Prolactrone works essentially exactly the same as Nacom. 2 prolactrone caps contain a higher dose than was used in this study.

Abstract

The stimulatory effect of Nacom (250 mg L-Dopa and 25 mg L-Carbidopa) on the HGH secretion was evaluated in 75 short stature patients. The number of blood samples was restricted to only three (0, 45 and 90 min). 63 patients reached adequate HGH concentrations after the ingestion of 1 tablet Nacom (84%). Somatotropin levels increased from 2.08 (Sx 0.28) to a maximal HGH value of 14.22 (Sx 0.87) ng/ml. When the stimulatory effect of Nacom was compared with the standard method of arginine infusion in children with normal stature the arginine test was not superior to the Nacom-test. The Nacom-test appears to be a simple and reliable screening method for HGH deficiency, particularly in outpatients.

Penile Tumescence

L-DOPA administration at 800mg daily for 7 days in healthy men (no complaints of penile problems) is associated increased penis tumescence (thickness from bloodflow); however, its effects were most significant when serum testosterone was greater than 17.5pg/mL suggesting the effect is androgen-dependent.[17] In youth (20-30) it also increased maximum penile girth.[17] This effect may be mediated through dopamine receptor agonism.[18]

Libido

Interestingly, with Levodopa therapy in Parkinson's Disease a possible side-effect is Hypersexuality associated with excessive dopaminergic firing via dopaminergic agonism.[19] It is more commonly associated with chemical dopamine agonists rather than levodopa, however. It is one of the many side effects associated with compulsivity from dopamine agonism, just the sexual manifestation.[19][20]

In healthy men and women, 100mg single administration of L-DOPA was able to augment magnitude of T-reflex (used to measure physical responses to orgasm) in men, although 100mg L-DOPA was ineffective at increasing libido or sexual arousal;[21] possibly related to dopamine's role in the energetic aspects of motivated behaviour,[22] by acting on the oxytocinergic neurons in the PVN of the hypothalamus.[23] 3 men reported penile erection during the control (non-sexual) film used, an amusing side-effect.

Prolactrone is great for mood and really does help with depression.

Low dopamine levels are associated with depressive symptoms. Prolactrone elevates dopamine and improves mood.

I have taken it a few times and it does improve mood. Makes sleep deeper and based solely on research studies it increases HGH levels.

IN the study I posted "Somatotropin levels increased from 2.08 (Sx 0.28) to a maximal HGH value of 14.22".....14.44 is very high.
The range for hgh is 0-2.9 so 14 is like 5 times higher than the top end of range. Pretty awesome. Comparable to 5-6 units hgh.

I have read this information on other boards and this is part of the reason I would like to try it.
The problem in my mind is the people who were picked to run it for free and post a log of their results did not report any of these benefits. One of the posters didn't report for days at a time because he was out of town on business. He should not have agreed to do a log if he couldn't post at least a couple of times weekly on the benefits. Personally, I would have demanded he pay for my product because his log was a complete waste of time. JMHO
The next point for me is, I have been on these boards for years, if I was going to pick someone to make a log for my product, I would pick someone who is well known to have run both HGH and Cabaser or Prami cycles so they could compare the results.
I think this product is recommended to be cycled, however anyone who has ever ran a HGH cycle can tell you if you don't fun it for 4 to 6 months minimum, you are probably wasting your money.

I cant force people to be present as a logger. THere is a great log at phf where pretty much everything was mentioned. Fantastic log. As good as any anyone has ever run for us and its a prolactrone log.

Second. The guys who tested our product for us included Anabolic 5150 whom I trust 100% to tell the truth. We also used CAD500 and a few others whom are very trustworthy.
THey will not lie for a bottle of a product...
ALL of the testers required Caber to run tren or deca on previous cycles.
ALL of the testers used 3 caps a day and had 0 side effects using Prolactrone.

I can tell you from personaly experience...if your HGH level is at 14-19 it doesnt take 6 months to notice a result. Period.
There is a guy who ran bloodwork at IMF. He injected 10iu HGH and got bloodwork a few hours later. His level was 24. so........if yours is 19 its like injecting more than 5iu growth. I notice this in days not months.
For HRT purposes, running 1-2 iu daily itlls take 6-9 months to really get a benefit. 5-7 iu.....it happens fast.

As for the sexual sides. IM sure some experience it more than others. Its the same with caber. All caber does is make me feel like shit.
Some men become multi orgasmic. No guarantees.

Of course Prolactrone's primary purpose is to reduce prolactin which is does ver efficiently.
