    Saturday Feb 25: Day 1

This product is quite different from other pre-workouts I have used. Usually my fingers tingle, my face gets a bit numb and I have an overabundance of pent-up energy. This is very subtle boosting drive which improved strength.

    Sadistic Saturday:

Didn’t want to w/o today. Got going an hour late then forgot something at home and had to turn around. By the time I hit the floor it was 45 minutes after I took my new Pre-Workout DVST8 CRIMSON, Pineapple Express. Directions for use: To assess tolerance mix 1 scoop with 6-8 ounces of water 30-45 minutes before exercise… DONE
    Here we go!

    Sweating before I walked in

    Biceps/ Hams

    StepMill 5 min warm up
Seated leg curl 30x60x3, (20 top, 20 bottom, 20 full range) each set
    Preacher pad 25x30, (10 bottom, 10 top, 10 full range) 25x20x1, 30x16x1, 50x7
Reverse Hack 90x20 warm-up, 180x16x1, 270x8x1. Used my belt, my back got wrecked doing this a few months ago.
    HS Seated crunches 50, 60x20 ea., 80x12
HS Single Ham machine 40x16, 50x12, 60x8: surprised that my right leg is harder.
Single Bi’s on the machine with rotating handles, Left 30x8x3, RT 20x12x3, RT shoulder issues and this is the max for it.
    Lie down leg curl 60, 70x20, 90x12, 110x7

Ham pump after 2nd warm-up set of seated leg curls. Never had a ham pump before.
Preacher Pad Bicep curls sets had to be increased because the weight was too light today.
Reverse Hack stellar sets with NO back problems: back pump after 2nd set
Seated Abs again 90# never before, Stretched my Lats between sets and BAM lat pump felt like I instantaneously grew wings.
Next ham lift Rake asks me what should we do? We can do kick-backs. I say no that machine doesn’t have enough weight available for me. Let’s do single leg curls, the HS one where you steady on one knee.
Riding home with a back pump and just trying to analyze what happened today.

Disclaimer: I went to the gym to do the average Saturday W/O I usually do. Had NO intention of bulking, weight increases. Let's see what happens here.

I weigh 138# today and definitely not in Bikini shape.

Want to give this review my honest assessment so I took a few days off to get over an infection. Back to 100%. Hams is my hardest day and I breezed through this one, very focused and totally SPENT by the end. I'm excited to see what happens.

      Super Saturday:

      Biceps/ Hams

      StepMill 5 min warm up
Seated leg curl 30x60x3, (20 top, 20 bottom, 20 full range) each set
      Preacher pad 30x30, (10 bottom, 10 top, 10 full range) 30x49, 40x22 failure
      Reverse Hack 90# 4 full range+5bottum half x3no rest (1st set), 180x13, 180x9
      Seated crunches 50, 65x20 ea. , 80x7
      Kneeling leg curl 30x19 L, x23 R, 40x14, L, x14 R , 50x11 L, x10 R to failure ea. set
Seated Bi machine (elbow pad is at eye level) 25x12x3, took it easy on this one, the machine is too big for my height but the angle is different so I wanted get these in today.
      Lie down leg curl 60x12, 70x22, 100x11

        Sunday Cardio: Day 4

60 minutes straight StepMill. Can't remember the last time I have done 1 hr. of cardio so I have to attribute that to the DVST8 Crimson. Great session and super happy about it.

                    Day 11:

This is my 9th day straight. I have had steady focus all week and an even amount of energy all day long. The biggest difference for me has been the drive during my workouts. My least favorite thing is having to take it 30-45 minutes before my workout. Since there is no noticeable speed up feeling I am always surprised to see myself wanting to push harder and lift more. My body is very sore but that fact is not making me want a day off. Cardio Sunday 5 hours ago and my mind is still clear and want to get a lot more accomplished today.

                        Here it is:

took a 2 day break and fell back into my usual routine of afternoon naps. I'm older and have more physical labor than most at my age. I think this product makes me strive in the gym and keeps me alert and willing to achieve more productivity at work.

Getting ready to order a couple buckets, cans, containers, jugs? Whatever you call it I am ordering more. The simple fact that this product can help me have a day-long feeling of happiness and well being is great. Totally different feeling than my usual Pre-Workouts.
