Any way, i just took 3g of red about 20 min ago and im feeling relaxed, calm and chill. I have noticed my minor aches and pains are not bothering me right now. I have a bad back (surgery on my L5/S1) and it aches all the time, plus the doc said i had a bone spur on almost every disk in my back from my neck down. So RED is a huge help!

Ouch! Sorry to hear about all the stuff going on with your back. That sucks! Im glad the red is helping. Make sure to try and stay hydrated. If you dont like water, add lemon juice. I get the little container that looks like a lemon. Believe its called sicilia. Will help with the taste and its good for you.

i put the kratom in my shaker cup now and shake, it has one of those wisk balls in it. mixes it perfectly.
i took my red last night and felt amazing, but had some trouble sleeping at first. my brain wouldnt shut off. the wife and i were watching a show about how bad meat is for our bodies, lots of interesting info. so i assume thats why i couldnt fall asleep as fast as i normally do.
up now and just drank my yellow, back and biceps day!
I cant wait to see how yellow works when our inventory arrives and we are swamped with orders. yellow should help me get lots of work done! lol

oh boy, yellow was off the hook today. Tons of energy, i was VERY chatty and had an overall feeling of "everything is kool". Felt like a million bucks. I took my yellow at 730am and it is now 345pm and id say its about 85% gone now. I still have a little of that "everything is kool" feeling .

forgot to post after i trained but ended up being a DAMN fine workout again. yellow has not once let me down, this stuff is truly amazing. RED was 3g about 1hr pre bed and the feeling of calm, peace and mellow were top notch. Nothing too strong, just right. I WAS sleeping like a baby but was awakened at 30am by my wife, home alarm was chirping (battery needed recharging) so i got up. plugged what needed to be charged and went right back to bed. NO problem falling back asleep and didnt feel druggy while i was up walking around. normally when im awakened that early i cant walk straight lol
