What would be recommended for pain relief and relaxation, preferably in tablet form? Powders I can't tolerate because of the taste, can barely get one swig down without gagging and capsules, I have to take 30-40 at once and barely notice anything but maybe an upset stomach. Have tried numerous brands and strains but don't want to give up just yet. Since I can't take prescribed painkillers I'm desperate to find something for the arthritis in my shoulders and now beginning in my hands...thanks for any help.
