Yesterday morning after work, i took 10 caps of the Red Bali.

30-minutes or so i began to feel it working.
Relaxed, heavy eyed. I was in a very pleasant state.
About 45 minutes i was nodding , trying to post on the forum i found myself nodding off and extra letters and numbers on the screen. I finally gave up and realized this wasnt going to be very efficient and called it quits!!

Ive been taking 10caps most nights.

I wasnt sure if i was just overly tired or the caps were knocking me out. Last night didnt take my normal dose. As a matter of fact i didnt take anything.

I couldnt get to sleep until about 4am. Then i was up every hour or so tossing and turning. In pain cause of my shoulder.. Wtf!! I will definitely make sure to take my red bali tonight. What a difference it makes.. If you suffer from poor sleep habits, or toss and turn all night. If you cant seem to get your mind to settle down. You need to try the red bali caps!!!
