After some questions and interest in other threads, ive decided to go ahead.

So After one week, im four pounds lighter without making any changes to my activities after starting a ~500 cal. deficit. I've noticed that physical activity doesn't get me winded at all. Like... At... All..

As of this week, ill be cutting carbs way down. Since GW makes your body use fat as fuel, a keto diet would be the best option, but thats not a leap that im quite ready to make.

Next week, I'll introduce some HIIT. If there's anything else you guys would like to see from this log, let me know!

So I got NL's raw Stenabolic and Cardarine last week. I encapsulated 15mg Cardarine with 75mg Psyllium Husk Powder, taking 1 every 12 hours, and mixed Stenabolic in a solution of DMSO, Alcohol, and Proplyene Glycol to yeild 30mg Sten/ml dosed over four .25ml doses, ROUGHLY four hours apart. Are you guys interested in following along? If so, I can log all effects and progress here! Let me know!
