    I took a nice long break from PJ but I used it two nights ago and im still sore. I just started going back as heavy as possible and although it took a long time for it to kick in i had a great workout!

    I had to be dragged out of the gym because i was so in the zone!

      that's probably my favorite part of the pump juice....really just feel tunnel vision to crush everything you had planned for
