Well after battling bronchitis for the last seven days I can honestly say that was the worst experience ever.
Today I had chest and triceps to get back into it. Again, pump juice to the rescue. My bench is up now 15 pounds since using punch juice for the last four weeks. I love this pre workout for a multitude of reasons but one I haven't mentioned is that you can use it if you train after work!! It doesn't keep you awake!
After a week off from bein sick my strength was up!! Explain that!

Glad to hear you're on the recovery after bronchitis -- that's serious stuff, dude. I've been lucky that I've only dealt with minor sinus/allergy problems due to the weather going from 30's to 80's and back and forth a few times over the past 2 weeks.
Man I felt so run down today, didn't sleep well last night cuz my stomach was bugging me. I'm very sensitive to poor sleep as I suffer from chronic insomnia and have since I was born. If everything isn't aligned properly, meaning I'm not feeling great then sleep will suffer. Anywho pump juice got me back to square one within 15 mins! Was JACKED!! Clean energy and major focus.
Killed shoulders and traps today! Full 60 mins straight. Must have sweat a quart of water too because I was drenched by the end!!
Strength is climbing very well right now! Loving this product.
