    SPF Bar Benders on the Bay: March 12th

    *From Ironhorse Powerlifting*: Are you ready for the Bar Benders on the Bay Powerlifting event this weekend? We'll see you at the Emerald Beach Hotel Saturday from 9am until the last deadlift hits the floor! Want to compete but you haven't registered yet? Good News! We saved you a spot! Contact us here, and let us know you're coming, then show up to the Friday night weigh in at the meet venue from 6 pm to 9pm with your entry form and cash entry dues.
    Not sure if you're ready? Enter a single lift event or push pull only and come have fun!
    Just want to watch? Come see some of the best athletes from all around Texas compete for cash, first time liters, and Tiny Meeker attempt to break his own all-time bench press world record!
