18 year old high school senior Shelby Miles competed at the 2016 Ohio High School USA Powerlifting State Championships finishing in 1st place and earning best lifter award.
This is her video of her RAW 192.9lbs. American Bench Press Record @ 157lbs. body-weight.
She also finished the day with an easy 297lbs. squat and even easier 380lbs. deadlift.
