1st meet in a year!!! Will be lifting October 24th, @ IPA Grand Prix National championships, hoping to move up the all time list currently 5th at 181, hope for 2175 to 2200 total!! Here is some training. Openers will be 750-585-750
795 deadlift witch is 2 pounds over the all time 181 deadlift record this is my single ply suit.
