  • Steve Goggins explains the Bench Arch

There has been some controversy over the Bench Arch, with some people (most of which never benched as a powerlifter) arguing it may lead to injury.
In this video, Steve Goggins explains the Arch and why it is not dangerous and does not lead to injury. He also explains why the claim that the arch is "fake strength" is basically false.

I like that he is very professional and respects other professionals or experts who he disagrees with, thus he said they can agree to disagree. Darn good point too about when powerlifting you should take advantage of all of the rules if you want to be competitive. Well said.
