SPF Masters 40-44 220LB National Record Total broken at Arkansas State Championships
Dan Brooks from Cabot, AR 41yrs 219LB competing at the SPF Arkansas State Championships at the Proving Ground Gym in Russellville, AR 10/04/14, broke the SPF Masters 1 (40-44) National Record for total with 1590LBS. He hit a 585LB squat, 380LB bench, and pulled a 625LB deadlift. Dan went 8 for 8, also posted and Elite total and won 1st place.
