3 members of Hercules Gym in Syracuse, NY competed at this year's Westside Pro Invitational (Equipped Open only). All 3 made it to the winning podium! We had two lifters in the male 181 weight class. Mark Van Alstyne took third place with 705-510-560-1775, still bringing amazing numbers to the Open class as a Master. Our hands down, star of the day, Marcus Morris took first place with an absolutely amazing performance. Marcus PRed every lift and raised his best meet total by almost 300 lbs with 805-575-600-1980. And our third lifter was Rheta West from the female 148 weight class. She regained her all time World Record squat with a 675 squat on a fourth attempt. Her meet results were 635-375-515-1525.More...
