"Today I wanted to try a PR double with a weight that equaled over 1,000lbs for a projected 1 rep max. So that came out to be 960lbs that I'd have to double which equaled a projected 1 rep max of 1,010lbs.
I unfortunately got a minor injury during this workout though. On my last heavy single with 905lbs, coming up out of the hole I felt something pop in my clavicle. You will notice my dad's concern after I racked the weight on that set because he heard it too. It didn't hurt after I racked the weight but I knew something wasn't right in there from the noise it made and from what I felt.
