lift heavy objects that shouldnt be lifted. randon heavy metal things. huge rocks and throw some filled kegs around

bionic just lift heavy weights as I want to do the strongman in Georgia next yr or 2 but just get strong on weights it might help in the movements like the tire flip and get a strong grip. just train or talk to max hes pler might give u better pointers. iam going to hold a stomach I know that so it works for me and get up to 340 lbs.
