    Rev band dl. Bands slack about 4inches before lockout. I finishrd with 675x1. Wife got 280x1. SSbar goodmornings. Went up to about 250, Honestly that bar feels like a giloteen for GM to me. Rev hypers 4plates sets of 10. Pulldowns wide. OLD nautilus pullover. You can laugh I like it. Straightleg weighted sit ups. 3sets. took about 90mins.
