"I feel good for coming and competing Full-Power 9mo. after major L5S1 herniated surgery. This was my first Full meet back in 16mo. I didn't train super heavy for my Squats or Deadlifts, my goal was to just come into this meet and Bench a big PR and finish the meet with a total. I only did my opener Squat @875lb and my opener Dead @675lb.
