Master lifter Rich McDowell competed at the USPA Southern Missouri Ironman on April 28th in Branson, Missouri. He finished the day with a 347.5Kg (766.1) bench at 275. Rich is ranked #3 (Mp) on powerlifting watch (current master) lifter rankings. Here is the footage of his lift.
