At the SPF Record Breakers meet in Gatlinburg, TN held 11/12/2011, Ken Shearer, at an age of 38, competed in his first ever powerlifting meet in the Raw 259 Sub-Masters class. Ken's programming leading up to the meet was handled by Adam "Hulk" HIres and his Hulk Training Systems. After only 3 months of training under Adam, Ken posted numbers of 525 in the squat, 360 in the bench and 600 in the deadlift.
