    P90X

    i'm going to buy this and do this for 90 days and see what a difference I see

    boss i got a buddy who has one of these and i see a huge differance in him.. course he was on a 12 week sus.. cycle with it..lol

        got a friend who doesn't have access to a lot of equipment living in the boondocks using this and he looks great

            Im in the middle of moving again so I've got some gaps in my routines, but I allways manage to throw in something to suffice, dumbells, abs, kempo. I'll say it again I really am like'n this alot ! FUZO I say go for it, it'll be a little rough at first but your bod'll get stronger really fast and you'll probally wind up doing doubles.
            Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

                  its always on lol, sometimes i have seen it on 5 channels at the same time! I love it tho, and im in better shape from it, plus ive gained some serious flexibly, Yoga is the hardest thing by far tho

                        it's basically just a complete home workout that use lots of different exercises, yoga plyometrics, etc and is always changing it up so you body doesn't get tired. Lots of bodyweight stuff and some dumbells along with a pullup bar is about all you need. From what i get from it, it's like 1.5 hours of exercise that's so intense and quick that you might as well be doing cardio the whole time so you get moderate strength gains but lots of weight loss. to me the weight loss is what really seems to help these people with there feeling stronger. I want to try it also this summer.
