          Re: heaviest your ever did

I've squatted and pulled over 600 at a bodyweight around 180-185. I can still pull 635 on a good day but the heaviest I've squatted in a long time was around 5 for a couple reps. I'm still very paranoid about my leg and walkin that weight out makes me nervous sometimes.

GEEEZ! I NEVER under ANY circumstance go over 365lbs. About ten years ago I hurt my knee squatting heavy and now i'de rather keep good form with a slow and controlled movement than go heavy.

                  Deadlift... 145
Squat... 185 (I don't push it because of my lower back. I was doing squats on time and my back went out. Luckily I was on the smith-machine, so I got it racked and then laid on the floor.)
                  hack squat... 365

Hey... now the other day one the incline bench I did 135!!! That was a max for me.

yea back in my bulking days I lifted as heavy as I could on EVERYTHING..donno why I was 21 and just starting my AAS pretty heavy...wouldn't do it again if I had the chance...just inviting injury. Now I do deads with about 250lb and usually dont go over 405lbs for squats very slow and to failure with a spotter. Weird because my highest bench was only 380lbs...

                          450 in both.
And the squat was done years after my knee surgeries.

                            Squat was 600
                            Deads were 605

But my best was 1,200 on leg press for 15 reps. The leg press at that gym wouldn't hold any more than that. Oh.....the good ol' days were pretty good. Now, stuff pops and cracks with half those poundages.
